Just wanted to shout about the help that I have received from Childcare Managers! I recently made use of the HR ‘Health check’ Service that they provide and I now have staff with contracts and the policies and procedures that I was seriously lacking! The HR Advisor (Marion) is an absolute star! They have also been a great help with some recent staffing issues that I have encountered giving sound advice and support when I needed it. For those of you who are Sole Traders like me, and like to have a family life as well as a Nursery; my family will always come first! Childcare Managers is a god send.
